Floating Strapping Arch Automatic Pipes Bundling Equipment
This Movable Strapping Arch Automatic Pipe Bundling Equipment embeds with a floating strapping head, which can move while strapping a fixed bundle of pipes/tubes on different positions.
The pipe bundle strapping machine accommodates a variety of stacked pipes, such as tubes, steel pipes, copper tubes baling etc.
This pipe bundling machine can work with any shapes of the pipes, round or square, for cylinder shaped pipes, they will have to form a bundle of hexagon shape before entering into the strapping station.
The strapping process is performed by the movable strapping arch with fixed strap track, it moves automatically from one position to the next after each strapping is done. In order to perfectly fix the banding straps on the pipe bundles, this machine is designed according to the product features, working conditions as well as factory facilities in the packing area.
