DGR-ⅡB Flanged Notched Closure Sealless Joint Type Automatic Steel Strapping Machine
The steel strapping head is the key part of a fully automatic steel strapping machine, it feeds, tensions, connects and cuts the steel strapping automatically during strap packing process.
This DGR-ⅡB steel strapping head will perform 2 or 3 pair or notches and lock them by flanging the steel strapping on both sides during the steel strapping connection process, which helps to increase breaking load of the steel strapping joint and prevent tripping off during frequent transportation.
No additional medium needed in the steel strapping connection process, which saves great cost on seals comparing with manual strapping tools or semi-automatic steel strapping machines.
The tensioning force generated by the automatic steel strapping head can reach up to 20,000N, much stronger than manual strapping or semi-automatic strapping, the products will be more securely packed and the strapping joint will be much better looking, and the tension force is adjustable, so that it will strap the products tightly without damaging the products during the fully automatic strapping process.
