Bayoneted Type Automatic Circumferential Inline Strapping Machine
This automatic coil circumferential inline strapping equipment is designed for Circumferential strapping of coils, the coil core axis is perpendicular to the strapping head, the strapping headed straps around the cold-rolled coil from the side. The automatic strap packing machine can be equipped with any types of strap head for rolling mill depending on customer choice and working condition.
The metal coils to be strapped can be pickled, galvanized, cold rolled, hot rolled, slitted coils…etc, or it can be any roll-shaped products in different industries, like paper roll, cable coil, wire rod coil, etc.
The strapping heads available for being embedded in this machine are: Friction Welding Joint Type strapping head、Notched Closure Sealless Joint Type strapping head、Flanged Lock Sealless Notching Joint Type Strapping Head、Seal Joint Type Strapping Head、Argon Arc Welding /TIG Welding Joint Type Strapping Head, or Ultrasonic Welding PET Joint Type Strapping Head.
