Seal Joint Type

There are 2 processes about this machine which requires human labor, they are:

1. Puting a stack of strapping seals on the strapping head (manually), and the automatic strapping machine will move the seal to the steel strapping overlap and compress it and then flange it.
2. Loading a new strapping roll when the one on the machine is about to run out. (It is advisable to use jumbo strapping roll on the automatic steel strapping machine so that the workers can be set free from changing it for days)

The connection strength of the strapping seal done by this automatic steel strapping head is about 65% of the steel strapping itself.

This seal joint type automatic strapping machine can be used in ultra high temperature working environment and other complicated environments.
