Gantry Type Automatic Circular Bundling Equipment
This Gantry Type Coil Automatic Banding Machine is designed for Circular strapping of any kind of coils, whether they are pickled coils, galvanized coils, cold rolled coils, hot rolled coils, or slitted coils…etc.
This automatic banding equipment also applicable for products of other materials, like aluminum coils, stainless steel coils, wire coils, cable coils, etc.
The coil core axis is vertical to the strapping track of the automatic strapping machine, and the machine feeds the steel strapping around the coil which is inside the strapping track, and then straps it tightly with a pressure up to 20000N pressed by the strapping head on the strapping joint.
The automatic coil banding machine can be equipped with any types of automatic strapping head for rolling mill depending on the customer’s preference, working conditions and factory facilities in the packing area. The strapping heads available for choice are Friction Welding Joint Type、Notched Closure Sealless Joint Type、Flanged Notched Closure Sealless Joint Type、Seal Joint Type、Argon Arc Welding /TIG Welding Joint Type、PET Joint Type.
